#5: Panasonic MX-SS1 Hand-Held
This immersion blender can decently puree your ingredients but it can be tiring on your wrists. It has a 210W motor with step-less control that delivers powerful performance for smoothies, sauces, soups, baby food, nuts and more. It needs a lot more of maneuvering around the pot which results in wrist strains. The blending is small and does not come with a handle but luckily, the food chopper attachment works nicely in dicing onions.
#4: Bamix Mono M133
This immersion blender is often considered as the best blender around. It has tank-like motors and the machines can last up to 20 years. Its blending wands are permanently attached which is not the same with other blenders that come with interchangeable blades. It also has a comfortable handle and easy-to-push buttons. Unfortunately, this blender does not create a great vortex that also makes it a bit slow for blending soup and smoothies and it is the worst in making puree because it leaves a ton of fiber in the sieve. However, it is a high-quality blender that lasts for decades.
#3: Cuisinart Smart Stick 2-Speed Hand Blender CSB-79
This immersion blender performs well and very easy to use as well. It has a powerful 200-watt motor. It perfect for making a puree with its noticeable sharp blade and there is extra deep with the hood around the blade which helps to pull the food through the blender. Plus, it comes chopper and whisk attachments.
#2: Cuisinart CSB-75BC Smart Stick
This immersion blender is a solid choice for people who won’t use it daily, maybe just once or less. It is great for making smoothies. It comes with only a mixing cup and no attachments, but the wand is removable and easy to clean. Compared to other models, it is much cheaper. The only con to this blender is that the plastic casing traps food at the seams.
#1: Breville BSB510XL Control Grip
This blender made it to the top of our list for the best immersion blenders you can buy though it is quite expensive. It quickly processes the smoothest texture compared to other blenders on our list. It is comfortable to hold with its rubber grips on the handle and a control button. It does not suction to the bottom of a pot or mixing cup. Its 42-ounce cup is good enough for two smoothies. It has also a wide range of speeds and outstanding attachments. Unfortunately, there will be instances that your onions in its chopper attachment will be over-processed if you are not careful.
